Tori Jae Costa is a singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, actress, dancer and creative director originating from Fall River, Massachusetts. Her signature contralto sound is a multilingual pop/rock fusion influenced by a classic Americana sound and Portuguese folk genres such as fado and lira.

Tori’s love for music was sparked at age 6 when she started playing piano and dancing. By age 12, she was playing every week in church, picking up the guitar as a third instrument in addition to piano and cello. As a pre-teenager, Tori began writing her own songs, influenced by artists such as Tracy Chapman, Mariza, Elton John, Alanis Morissette, Alicia Keys, Lady Gaga and Aretha Franklin.

Tori marked her official debut as a solo artist in 2020 with her upbeat bilingual single, Teu Amor, followed up by single releases Eu Não Sei, Hierarchy, and Muse in 2021, and Pisces Boys in 2022. During this time, she also teamed up with renowned Italian bassist Saturnino Celani, DJ Aladyn and The Craft (Karl Amaral) on the funky, irresistibly vivacious tune, “Hip House”. In 2024, she has released two collaborative tracks, This with Medina, and Heart Attack with Keiyana Marie Trinidad.

Tori has played venues in both the US and Portugal. She is currently recording her debut project, which will feature previously released singles alongside new material.
